Yo hice mi trato con Rafael y estoy muy contenta con el servicio de esta compañía. Vinieron a mi casa lo más rápido que pudieron para darme un diagnóstico y me ofrecieron un precio muy accesible. Me gustó mucho que nunca me presionaron para contratarlos y me dieron el tiempo necesario para tomar mi decisión. Cuando estuve lista, vinieron al día siguiente, hicieron el trabajo y terminaron el mismo día. También quiero destacar que siguen pendientes después del trabajo y siempre han estado disponibles para responder cualquier duda que he tenido. Eso es algo que muchas compañías no hacen ya despues de que te hacen el trabajo. Excelente servicio, muy profesionales y atentos. Definitivamente los recomiendo!

Patrick LyonsAugust 24, 2026the stairs were completely protected. When the installation was completed the crew cleaned all areas and removed all trash. A portion of my fence had to be taken down. Miguel talked to the adjacent homeowner to get permission. The crew replaced the fence afterwards. Miguel discussed payment options with me including a no interest 2 year payment plan. I chose to pay the full amount but still marvel at that offer. "Up to two years payment plan with NO INTEREST" What a great sales tool ! In closing, I would gladly recommend Rotex to anyone needing to replace a A/C system. Many thanks to Miguel, Juan and the entire crew. I couldn't be more pleased.

Their quote was lower than the rest and you just have a certain level of trust with Miguel. Follow up service has been excellent.

Debbie TravelMay 29, 2026I purchased my Goodman in 2021. Five tons from Rotex AC & Heating LLP. Six yrs, later, I needed to call for a repair. Now, I didn’t like the estimate fee, but understood it. They came out the same day. Did I mention a ten yrs., warren on compressor, coil, and parts!!!! Free for me!!!! Let me stay focused. The two technician came out checked the upstairs attic unit for damage, Clean the outside AC and replace the condenser in no time, and just like that my house is cool again. Thank you Rotex😁

Our credit was approved in less than 2 minutes and arrange our installation. The guys arrived bright and early at 7:00 am and by 2:00 pm they were finished. They did pickup all the mess and left the house clean. Technicians were respectful, polite and well qualified. We highly recommend this company and the best part is that both of our units come with a lifetime warranty! Thank you to Ricardo Zuluaga for always delivering the best customer service.

The office staff was extremely helpful and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive, answered all my questions, and made everything feel smooth and organized. I received several quotes while shopping around for a new AC system, and although a couple companies had slightly lower prices, installing an AC system is a big investment. I wanted to go with a company that has been in the market for a long time, has great feedback from previous customers, and a reputation for standing behind their work. What really stood out to me about Rotex is that they were honest and straightforward. They didn’t over-promise anything just to make a sale, which gave me confidence that if I ever need service in the future, I won’t be chasing after the company. Their pricing was fair and they also offer great financing specials, which makes replacing an AC system much more manageable. Overall a very professional experience and a company I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service

I got two other estimates. Not only was Miguel's estimate 15% lower he was much more personable and knowledgeable. Carolina MaiSeptember 22, 2025My experience with Rotex AC was a great one. I sent a message to Diego Hernandez one evening and he was at my house the following morning to give me an estimate. He was very professional and gave us a great explanation of their services and prices. I was very pleased with their prices that I agreed to replace all my A/C. An hour later we had a crew arrive at my house and did an awesome job removing my old system and installing the new one and by 5:00 PM they completed the job. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking into getting your A/C replaced.

Kevin GermanySeptember 20, 2025Had issues with my 18 year old ac heating system and called Miguel with Rotex AC and Heating referred to me by a friend, Miguel was out at my house within couple hours of calling him and looked over my ac system and gave me several options and pricing along with finance options on 2 to 3 choices of systems I could choose from and answered all my 1000 questions I had for him and was very professional and patient. The install crew who came out to install my new ac system was very good and on time when told what time they would be here along with clean up when done and also explained new thermostat functions and answered all questions I had for them.
