Yo hice mi trato con Rafael y estoy muy contenta con el servicio de esta compañía. Vinieron a mi casa lo más rápido que pudieron para darme un diagnóstico y me ofrecieron un precio muy accesible. Me gustó mucho que nunca me presionaron para contratarlos y me dieron el tiempo necesario para tomar mi decisión. Cuando estuve lista, vinieron al día siguiente, hicieron el trabajo y terminaron el mismo día. También quiero destacar que siguen pendientes después del trabajo y siempre han estado disponibles para responder cualquier duda que he tenido. the stairs were completely protected. When the installation was completed the crew cleaned all areas and removed all trash. A portion of my fence had to be taken down. Miguel talked to the adjacent homeowner to get permission. The crew replaced the fence afterwards. Miguel discussed payment options with me including  a no interest 2 year payment plan. I chose to pay the full amount but still marvel at that offer. "Up to two years payment plan with NO INTEREST" What a great sales tool ! Highly recommend Needed a new 5 ton AC and ROTEX was highly rated on our neighborhood website.  I called Miguel and he came out the same day to give me an estimate.  I got two other estimates.  Not only was Miguel's estimate 15% lower he was much more personable and knowledgeable. Muchas gracias a Miguel que vino Martes por la tarde a dar nos un estimado para un nuevo sistema HVAC. Nos gustó mucho a mi y mi esposa todo lo que Miguel nos ofreció que eran cosas que otras compañías no ofrecían y querían cobrar extra. El proceso de financiamiento fue muy rápido y fácil que después de aprobación para su programa de no enganche, no pago por 6 meses no interés por 6 meses Miguel nos dijo que podían empezar y terminar el trabajo mañana que era el Miércoles. Exceptional Product and Service! We are in the process of remodeling our mobile home and were unsure on how to proceed with redoing the AC/Heat system.  We met with Juan at Rotex A/C and Heating, Juan provided an exceptional service, from informing us on all aspects involved, to answering all of our questions. (He gave us a few tips that will help prolong the life and efficiency of our new unit!) The installers on day of installation were knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job on site. Miguel revisó en detalle el diseño y distribución de nuestra casa para poder hacer un rediseño total del sistema de aire acondicionado incluyendo los ductos de aire. Hicieron un trabajo impecable y se puede notar la gran diferencia con lo que teníamos antes, ahora contamos con un sistema Amana de Alta eficiencia energética. La cotización que nos dió fue muy razonable con facilidad de financiamiento. Estamos muy agradecidos y recomendaré a Miguel con nuestros familiares y amigos It was time to renew our system and a family member recommended Miguel ********* from Rotex AC and Heating to me. Miguel reviewed the design and layout of our house in detail to be able to do a total redesign of the air conditioning system including the air ducts. They did an impeccable job and you can see the big difference with what we had before, now we have a Highly Energy Efficient Amana system. I got an AC installed from them in 2019. Their service is excellent. They worked with my budget and helped me get the best unit for my house. Whenever I've needed service, they have been prompt and courteous and very helpful. Even today, they gave me a 4 hour window for service, but we're there within 20 minutes of the initial call.
