I had a wonderful experience with Rotex… once again as this is my second home using them.
Miguel always answered all my questions very thoroughly and I would reach out and ask for Miguel if you want exceptional customer service. Thankful for the entire team involved with my A/C. Out with the old and in with the new.! I highly recommend this company. Thank you Rotex! God bless

Needed to replace my entire AC system, Rotex was the best in price but didn’t like it’s only 1 Year Labor while others offer 10 Years Labor, other then that Miguel went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my AC system, I would 100% Recommend Rotex AC And Heating!!

the stairs were completely protected. When the installation was completed the crew cleaned all areas and removed all trash. A portion of my fence had to be taken down. Miguel talked to the adjacent homeowner to get permission. The crew replaced the fence afterwards.
Miguel discussed payment options with me including a no interest 2 year payment plan. I chose to pay the full amount but still marvel at that offer. "Up to two years payment plan with NO INTEREST" What a great sales tool ! In closing, I would gladly recommend Rotex to anyone
needing to replace a A/C system. Many thanks to Miguel, Juan and the entire crew. I couldn't be more pleased.

Miguel and his team did a great job. One single day install replacement of a 17 year old 5-ton system with much better airflow to all of the rooms. Their quote was lower than the rest and you just have a certain level of trust with Miguel. Follow up service has been excellent.

Rain or Shine
My in-laws' A/C went out, and within one day you had two technicians at their home to get it fixed. My mother-in-law is currently fighting breast cancer, and despite the rain, your team came all the way to Humble and made sure she had cool air again.

From all of her children, we are incredibly grateful for your kindness, professionalism, and quick response. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to the technicians who came out—they truly made a difference for our family.

Highly recommend
Needed a new 5 ton AC and ROTEX was highly rated on our neighborhood website. I called Miguel and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. I got two other estimates. Not only was Miguel's estimate 15% lower he was much more personable and knowledgeable. His crew came out the next day to do the install and they also were very professional.
10 year warranty, 0% financing, great price and a great team. Hard to beat.

Exceptional Product and Service!
We are in the process of remodeling our mobile home and were unsure on how to proceed with redoing the AC/Heat system. We met with Juan at Rotex A/C and Heating, Juan provided an exceptional service, from informing us on all aspects involved, to answering all of our questions. (He gave us a few tips that will help prolong the life and efficiency of our new unit!) The installers on day of installation were knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job on site. Rotex AC and Heating, time and commitment to our needs allowed us to have a peace of mind with the purchase we made and the service was EXCEPTIONAL all the way around! Thank you, God Bless you🙏

Estamos muy agradecidos y recomendaré a Miguel con nuestros familiares y amigos It was time to renew our system and a family member recommended Miguel ********* from Rotex AC and Heating to me. Miguel reviewed the design and layout of our house in detail to be able to do a total redesign of the air conditioning system including the air ducts. They did an impeccable job and you can see the big difference with what we had before, now we have a Highly Energy Efficient Amana system. The quote he gave us was very reasonable with ease of financing. We are very grateful and I will recommend Miguel to our family and friends

I got an AC installed from them in 2019. Their service is excellent. They worked with my budget and helped me get the best unit for my house. Whenever I've needed service, they have been prompt and courteous and very helpful. Even today, they gave me a 4 hour window for service, but we're there within 20 minutes of the initial call. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs AC help.
